When it comes to achieving the highest quality finishes on your parts, prep work is essential. we start by removing all dirt and oil from each part in a industrial solvent tank.
Removing all paint, stickers, or previous materials is key to making a strong and long-lasting powder-coated part. We use a sand-blasting cabinet to bring your part back to bare metal.
Using a dry powder, which is electrically charged to coat the surface of every part allows us to strongly adhere the color before moving it to an industrial oven for 15 minutes while it cures at 400-450 degrees.
The clear coat is also a powder that is heated to cure. this final coat offers an extra layer of protection and gives each part a deep reflective shine.
